A vCon captures and stores the details of a conversation involving real people. For example, it could record your last interaction with a customer service agent. Just as PDFs allow you to create and share any written document, vCons allow you to create and share records of any conversation you have. A vCon identifies the participants, includes recordings, transcripts, analysis, and any supporting documents or logs. vCons use a standard format called JSON which allows them to be encrypted and tamper-proof.
