Talk Theory
How conversation intelligence leads to outcomes.
Talk Theory is the point of view MindMaking is built on: a business conversation, once it is structured, is the shortest path to a measurable outcome. Not more data. Better use of the conversations you are already having.
What are your conversations worth? More than you are getting from them.
MindMaking was built out of the founders' own operating experience in conversation-heavy businesses, not assembled from a model and a market study. Talk Theory is the name for what they learned: the answers a business is paying to predict are usually already sitting inside the calls it is already having.
Every guide, article, and product decision builds from that thesis. The four pillars below are the argument, laid out so you can test it against your own operation.
The editorial spine
Four pillars. One argument.
Each pillar is a claim that connects a conversation to an outcome. Each one becomes a practical guide and a cluster of articles. Together they explain how the calls you are already having turn into revenue captured and risk reduced.
Pillar 01 / Signal
The signal is already in the room.
The revenue, risk, and retention signals you spend money trying to predict are usually already spoken out loud in everyday calls. The problem is not capacity. It is structure. Survey tools catch a fraction of it, days late, when the moment has already passed.

Pillar 02 / Structure
Capture is not understanding.
Recording a conversation is storage. An outcome needs structure. Most teams already record calls and still cannot act on them, because a recording is a haystack, not an answer. The value is created the moment a call becomes a decision-ready record.

The human is the conversion step.
Intelligence becomes an outcome only when a person acts on it. In regulated and service-driven businesses, human-in-the-loop is not a safeguard you tolerate. It is the mechanism that turns a signal into revenue, or a flag into a documented decision.

Pillar 04 / Pattern
Outcomes live in the pattern.
One call is an anecdote. A thousand structured calls are an operating advantage. The compounding value is in the aggregate: what guests keep asking for, where compliance keeps slipping, which conversations keep converting.
